Privacy policy

What data we collect through the forms on 10cero.es, why, and what your rights are.

Data controller

  • María José del Valle Martínez (10.Cero)
  • Tax ID (NIF): 28633109H
  • Address: Núcleo residencial Santa Isabel, bloque 6, 5.º B, 41006 Sevilla (España)
  • Email: contacto@10cero.es

What data we process

Only what you give us in the contact form and the module proposal form:

  • Name, email address and, if you provide them, company, store website and PrestaShop version.
  • The content of your message or proposal, the service you are interested in, and your indicative budget and timeline.
  • Technical data about the submission: IP address, browser and date. They are used to prevent spam and abuse.

Please do not include special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) in your messages: we do not need them.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Reviewing your enquiry or proposal, replying to you and, where applicable, preparing a quote. Basis: your consent when submitting the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Protecting the forms against spam and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping 10cero.es secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles, and we make no automated decisions that affect you.

How long we keep it

  • If we do not end up working together: one year from our last contact. After that it is deleted.
  • If you hire a service: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code).
  • Technical data used against spam: as long as the message it accompanies. The counters that limit submissions only store an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address and email, and only count the last 24 hours.

Who else has access to your data

We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. 10cero.es is hosted on our own servers in Spain.

Form notifications and our replies go through Google Workspace email (Google Ireland Limited), which acts as a data processor under a contract that obliges it to protect them. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

At any time, by writing to contacto@10cero.es, you can:

  • Access, rectify or erase your data.
  • Object to the processing or ask us to restrict it.
  • Receive your data in a commonly used format (portability).
  • Withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.

We will reply within one month at most. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
